What date do you have Christmas Party?

Hi all,
Just curious. What date do you have your residents Christmas Party? Where I worked previously, we had it on Dec. 23rd, Where I'm at now It's on the 24th. Several of the staff, act. staff, cna's, nursing etc. all are complaining about that. They are in a rush to leave early that day.
Also, Do any of you work on Christmas day? Do you have anything special on Christmas day?
