How about asking your resident council what they'd like to have it spent on. They may want more outings, entertainment, special meals, a wheelchair gardening table, water table, new videos, radios for every room.The $1000 was donated to Activities because Activities enriches their lives, so they should have a say.
: If you were told you had $1000 donation to spend on a major purchase for activities, what would you suggest to your administration to purchase? We have approx. 55 beds plus capacity for 8 swingbeds. We have a new TV and we cannot get live animals, fish, or birds.
