The facility has a full-time chaplain as part of the Activities Dept. He leads all services, on or off the floor. There are a couple of prayers, a hymn of two and then the body is removed to the facility cemetary. Few residents ever go there for the actual burial. The family often comes back to the floor for a short coffee hr, where they recieve condolences from mostly the staff, but occasionally a resident or two.
