Just a note to let you know that I am using the post card list to send out Christmas cards. I wasn't able to get everyone on this mailing but will try to get to everyone before Christmas. I would also like to say thank you to everyone who responded to my last question about attendence records. I have tried using the calendar as a sheet but found that if an activity change (we know that they will) we would have to change on every one's calendar. This is something that has plagued me since I started as an Activities Director. I guess I haven't found the perfert form for me. May be I should settle! Thanks any way!!!!
