If the service is in the building, what does that service look like and who leads it?: Depends on the resident and the family. Some residents were largely unknown to their peers and there may be little interest in their funeral and some families prefer to distance themselves and the cerimony form the Home. Some families prefer that services be heald on the floor. Othere opt for the facility chapel, so those that want to attend are taken there. If the service is off-grounds, usually few residents attend.
