thanks for your responses ..... as Far as the residents having too much activity I mentioned that point .....and was told when I am not doing activities that the residents get into things they should not be (Ie;nurses station other residents rooms ) and i was also told that the residents need this kind of structure.... I just looked at my calendar i avg 14 1/2 hour avtivities per day ..... it is a 32 bed unit and about 25 are in my morning activities and about 15-20 in my afternoon activities
