monthly and social events for a kosher assisted living

i work at an assisted living residence for about 2years and some months. I'm trying to move on to something different because the ideas that i have can not be used at this residence, its kosher. so my question is-does anyone have any ideas about social events or monthly parts for a kosher evironment. I would so appreciate it.
