thanks for the 'strokes' everyone.....i've just finished my second week and i'm in love with the residents already....some things are better (VERY helpful nursing staff) some are worse (the FOOD). i've had to re-orient myself to working with advanced alzheimer's residents...challenging but gratifying.
i'm not removing anyone from the list...don't worry!
