THe software allows for electronic signatures: we have to use our password to get into the software and even if we did sign off electronically in a fraudulant manner, there is a history log of who does what on the MDS. We do not do electronic Signatures that I am aware of the MDS Nurse imputs what we give her and then we sign them on the chart will take this information in to my boss...AR
