We had our survey last week and did OK except that we got cited for the MDSes not being signed. We use Master Series from LTCS or Horizon or whatever they're called now. THe software allows for electronic signatures: we have to use our password to get into the software and even if we did sign off electronically in a fraudulant manner, there is a history log of who does what on the MDS. Has anyone else had this problem with their surveys? I'm no WV. Thanks--- Coster
