Question about ADPC & My Resume

I just received my ADPC today....that felt good! A lot of hard work went into getting this far. My question is - I'm currently job hunting and have listed on my resume that I am 'ADPC eligible, application currently under review'. I now need to update my resume to reflect my certification. How should I list this on my resume? I am entitled to use the ADPC after my name; should I do this at the top of my resume where my name and address are? Or would this look a bit pompous? Or should I list it along with my 'Education' and 'Relevant Experience' categories as a separate category, such as 'Certification'? Or both?
