In the past we have given slips of paper saying "way to go" on them. they were given by any staff person to another when someone was "caught" in the act of going above and beyond! they staff person with the most way to gos got a gift certificate.we used this quarterly as well as a regular monthly "associate of the month" voting mostly by residents and family.their names were put on a plaque and hunfg in the hall way
