: What are company does is we place a bulletin board entitled "Pat on the Back" with slip located near it for people to list something good or if they have gone above and beyond their duties. The note is then posted on to the board for everyone to read. Then, on pay days all the slips are removed and placed in a drawing. We generally draw out two slips and they receive a gift card. We do it this way so that families and employees have an opportunity to recognize others for their hard work.
