On the other hand depending on how large your center is you might get away with one from each department each month and do a special lunch out for them. I want to start doing a volunteer of the month but worry that I might ruffle some feathers. There are always those who go above and beyond but the others don't see it and wonder why it's not them. Also what if no one stands out one month what do you do then?
: I just find it bizarre that this responsibility should land on activities. (but what doesn't) If you are doing the selection, your department (and you) are going to be pretty much out of the running as a winn will look like favoratizim. Not fair!
