I post daily the activities that I have listed and we stay on a time basis. If my activity is at 10:30 am and I finish I take a look at my watch or the clock on the wall and say " well thank you so much, I had a good time and I will see you this afternoon at 1:30, see you then" and I will get up and start clearing my things which at that time I will have another activity. I have never had any problems. Usually they have to go to the bathroom and it will be a welcomed time for departure.
