I have just been promoted into the position of Program Coordinator. We are an Adult Day Program and I have no problem with the implementation of activities. I find sitting in the office trying to come up with an engaging program with no input from my staff frustrating. Has anyone dealt with this problem. I have 5 staff that are to implemnt my program ideas but rarely speak up unless it is to complain about something they don't like. Any input would be greatly apreciated.
