Hello everyone I'm in the process of continueing to build an excellent portfolio to use at interviews. One idea I thought was to have reference letters already in the book. The OT, HR Generalist, and the activity Director have said that they would gladly do this. But the problem I'm having is what are some highlights that should be considered in a reference letter.
Leadership abilities, Activities... what else would be good for a prospective employer to see??
