Hello.
In the last facility I worked, participation records were maintained in the ctivity office and not as part of the residents Chart. I seem to remember some conference where it was advised to do this...I'm in a different facility. It didn't have individual participation records. So I instituted them. however administration says they are to be on the residents chart....does this make a difference? Thanks Ann
