My facility just finished survey last week and my dept got one tag-F248 for not providing activities for bedfast/cognitive impaired residents-class D. This is was an isolated incident w/ one resident and really boiled down to the part. log not being filled out completely-ugh!! Well now I must do a plan of correction and I have never done one. Please help, need ideas and advice. How should I write this plan of correction. My ideas are inservice staff, more training, new programs. But I need help with putting it down on paper.
