Contact stores that put Decorations up they may donate them to you when they are done then you can put them up until time to use them...Also do you put out a newsletter if so then you can put needed supplies to make Decorations and ask for types you want ...(Wal-mart is great for this After Halloween this last year I was going to need to replace alot for this year well wal-mart has taken care of that for me same as easter) You also could do up a flyer and send out to all the stores around you and to craft store In Nearby towns. Make sure you send a Thank You card and once you use the items you could even take pictures and send them a picture they love this.
