We are in survey this week-ugh!! SO far so good for activities except, one surveyor asked to see a 1:1 log for a resident and it was pretty incomplete. The visits were done but for some reason or another, it was not written. Every resident but this one was good. I am freaked out and worried. What do you think can happen? This is only my second survey as the Activity Director? Last year I was too new when the survey team came, so I was int he clear. They have had nothing but good things tos ay about my programs but I worry about this. Plus they disputed why I put a 1 on the MDS for my residents recieving 1:1's . Any advise? Tommorrow they exit-yeah!!
