Sounds like you and I have the same problem, I at one time had a budget over $100.00 , then we were purchased and now I'm told to cut Bingo to 1 time a week and Cut it down to $5.00 , which is unfair to the residents . I never know how to plan my new months calendar either. Whenever I ask for some money to get suppplies ,I am told to look for a cheaper place, which I have done before I go to the Adm. ,she always has an excuss, and I end up not getting to get anything.I use to buy it myself ,but I have stoppped. The Nursing,dietary or maintenance dept. never are ask to get donations ,etc. I feel as if she wants rid of me at times. I have been at this facility for over 9 years, and the Adm. only 2 years. I often wonder if the owners know what she doesn't let us do.
