Look at the federal regulations: probe 483.15 (f)(1) (d) The facility is supposed to provide adequate supplies and staff to meet the needs of the residents. If your facility is "for profit," are they reporting the income from you fundraising activities to the IRS as income? It just gripes me that activities departments are in many facilities supposed to raise their own funds. Just a question, does any other department have to raise money for their supplies etc.?
