I occasionally got students of a nearby music school come who would come over to perform for free just to get some experience with an audience. Sometimes they were excellent, sometimes not so much, but the residents thought they were cute (as long as they got some"real" musicians too.)If you have a friend who teaches piano or something, see if you can work something out,
