i've used Activity Planning Simplified, Making a grid in Microsoft Word,& Calendar Creator. I still prefer Microsoft Publisher to these, but i think it depends on the needs of your facility (for example how many activities you are trying to fit in the box). I type over top my last years calendar with the same month for a particular month changing activities and the dates as needed. Activityconnection.com has their new fillable calendars. However you must subscribe to their service and also have a WRITABLE version of acrobat in order to be able to save. Their calendars are nice in that the text expands or shrinks to the box pending on how many activities you put in.
