I am the coordinator of a 200 resident Independant living center. I love my job, my residents, my facility, etc, and in the year I have been here, I have had much success. But now I am starting to get in a rut. My programs are all going fine, but the seem to be lacking life! I have all kinds of crazy ideas, but I wonder if any of them will really work!
My question is, how do you tread the fine line between trying creative activities, and keeping the same old favorites? How do you know when one of your wacky ideas will really work? Or do you just step out and hope that your enthusiasm and charisma will make people come?
Thanks for your imput!
