Most newspapers have a readers exchange in the society pages. You could ask for donations and use your cell phone or home address and no one needs to know your place of employment. I warn you, BE PREPARED for more stuff than you could possibly use! Asked for used cards and yarn once and still have plenty! Good luck.

: I have a high functioning resident who continually asks for laces, shiny thread for crochet, staples, colored cartoons to hang on her room wall, table covers, pots of flower, and many other small things. She says she will pay for that, but she doesn't pay. Should I continue to buy everything she wants, if that makes big sum of money for me, and she has many acquaintances, but no relatives. She believes I am the responsible of every tiny little thing that she needs to embellish her room. She says nobody brings what she would like to have
