Hi! I recently took it upon myself to run a juice cart daily
to ensure that my residents are getting enough fluids to prevent
dehydration. I(Yes, I mean me) pass the juice daily at 2:30 PM
and to add some variation I am hoping to have a "Mocktail" Cart once a week.
I am also doing popsicles, etc. I have named the P&P
Hydration Cart, therefore anything that I wished to do would be fesible.
If you have any ideas for recipes I am all ears (in this case eyes!!) :-)

P.S. I really impressed and shocked my administrator and my
Director of Nursing with the fact that I am taking full responsibility
for the hydration cart and that it was my idea!!
