I can't divulge a direct copy of my policy book. I will however tell you that my policy section was written in accordance with the State regulations. A good example would be that the State requires us to provide magazines, a newspaper, and current reading materials.
My policy states something to the effect of Activity person will provide an inhouse library of current materials of interest and trips to the library regularly. It will than state section and title for where the regulation can be foud in the Regulation Manual. My facility provides me with a photocopy of the State regulations to have at my disposal. Your policy book should center aroung Your local State Regulations. I do not know if this will help or if it is what you wanted to know. I hope it helps some. If your facility cannot provide you with a copy of your Regs than call the State to find out how to get a copy for yourself.
