I purchased a "Policies and Procedures" manual a number of years ago and it helped me with writing our own "P & P". Until then, our A.T. Dept. didn't have anything written! I requested to look at the Administrator's "P&P" manual to get the basic format of the other P&P's, and then began writing ones for our dept. using the standard format of the facility. That might be a good start for you. Are you revising yours, or starting from scratch? If you need more info, please feel free to email!
