Yesterday I received in the mail information about an Association called AAALF (American Association for Active Lifestyles and Fitness). The yearly membership is $125.00. Does anyone out there know anything about this particular Association? Is it worth joining? What do you receive for that amount of money? Apparently they have conventions, workshops, professional development courses and conferences offered throughout the year. You can earn CEU,s at the workshops.. Thanks for any information you can give me.
