I am an Acitivty Director at a Level 1 modified Level 2 Adult Day Care. I would be happy to share our application packet if you email me your address. As far as the staff issues, we recently had the same unmotivated, doesn't want to lead programs thing here, luckily she got miserable enough that she quit and now we are a smooth running program machine with 2 great new staff. Sometimes people need a break or a change of pace and until they realize it you have to suffer. If you really think those folks don't want to be there can their superivsor present it in a "you should be where you are most happy/fulfilled" sort of way - maybe they need some motivation to find something they could enjoy more.
