: I am hoping to get connected with other Adult Day Health Care Program Coordinators. The program I am responsible for is part of a non-profit Senior Center. My Executive Director and I are looking into the possibility of having an agreement/contract per se for our Daycare participants and/or their families to sign. Do any of you already have something like this in place? I would also appreciate any advice on motivating older staff members that are burned out. I have a CNA that doesn't want to lead activities as she should. She often has a sour disposition and negative outlook on things. She is supervised by our Social Worker who is also burned out and doesn't want to be here anymore. I try to get their input on activities I plan as well as recognize them on their "special days." HELP!!!!!!!!! please
I am an activity director in an adult day health center. We are a for profit organization and are licensed by our state department of aging. There are no contracts, but we do have a formal enrollment agreement as well as a medical form that must be signed by a doctor before people can attend. If this is the kind fo info you want, you can e-mail me.
