I am hoping to get connected with other Adult Day Health Care Program Coordinators. The program I am responsible for is part of a non-profit Senior Center. My Executive Director and I are looking into the possibility of having an agreement/contract per se for our Daycare participants and/or their families to sign. Do any of you already have something like this in place? I would also appreciate any advice on motivating older staff members that are burned out. I have a CNA that doesn't want to lead activities as she should. She often has a sour disposition and negative outlook on things. She is supervised by our Social Worker who is also burned out and doesn't want to be here anymore. I try to get their input on activities I plan as well as recognize them on their "special days." HELP!!!!!!!!! please
