Hi Folks,
There has been alot of talk about the survey teams looking at fine dining. Any Idea how FINE they want it? or what they are looking for? At this time we have quiet music playing in the background. We also have some form of activity about 15-30 minutes prior to lunch and supper, in the dining room. We have table cloths on each table. Everyone sitting at the same table, gets their trays at the same time. Personally, I'd like to see the plates etc. taken OFF the trays and given to the residents, rather than their eating off trays. Any suggestions and input would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Penny B
