I have seen some interesting ideas on 1-1 programs.
My question is how do you assess them as to the meaningfulness of what you do? My other question is:
we have about four residents who would like to be kept busy with 1-1 attention all day long and they have different interests---what would you do? They want the attention of activity aides. I am running into how I can allot our combined time in Activities to meet all their needs--that is their basic needs. How do you judge what their "basic" needs are in Activities? Thanks in advance.
